Producers must budget to deliver the project for digital distribution only (as a high-resolution Quicktime file). They must also budget to clear all rights for digital distribution only.
If the program is selected to go to broadcast, ITVS will negotiate in good faith to offer producers supplementary financing to deliver the program for broadcast, and clear all rights for broadcast.
