Filmmakers whose proposals are greenlit will retain complete editorial and creative control over their projects for the entire contract term, though all projects will be developed and produced with guidance and creative support from ITVS staff. During the development phase, ITVS will periodically require screenplay draft deliverables for review, at which time, notes will be drafted by the ITVS Programming Department. During the production and post-production phases of the project, rough-cut deliverables will also be subject to notes from ITVS staff.
